On that note something funny, I worked in the Wal-mart meat/seafood dept. and actually had a guy come up and ask if we had any Mudkip in stock, I stared at him for a second and then said no I don't think we carry any. I actually use to play pokemon and forgot what it was, but it sounded familiar so that's why I gave the response I did. Of course I caught it as soon as finished telling him that. It was slightly embarrassing.

Kids/teens/adults who go around spouting memes piss me off to no end. I know a couple /b/tards who went to my college, and even they weren't as bad as most of those Scientology protesting people. The worst thing they ever did was scrawl some memes on bathroom stalls...and sometimes they would say a couple memes in jokes...

The extent some of the people I've seen at conventions go to just makes my skin crawl.

I'm not sure what's with the wishing for the "good old days" of 4chan. When I first saw 4chan a few years ago I thought "wow this is the biggest collection of idiocy I've ever seen". When my friends occasionally told me the latest 4chan memes I looked at them and said "You realize it's ok to think by yourself on occasion right?" So now with 4chan being "ruined" or whatever I've gone to look at it a few times and you know what? I can't tell the fucking difference. It's still exactly as stupid as it was to begin with.

Edit: Though yeah more people are saying things in public and that's a whole new level of stupid. What did 4chan expect to happen when they act stupid and childish all the time? That they wouldn't attract more stupid children?

I don't mind the anons going out an protesting but, I honestly wish they gave their sect a different name to differ themselves from the oldfags of /b/. I've gone to /b/ for as long as I can remember and hearing random idiots spout things like "Do a barrel roll" and such just annoys me.

If they named themselves something like "The Laughing Men" or something I would be fine but, calling themselves anonymous only hurts their goal by associating themselves with the dreaded internet hate machine and making the real anonymous look like douches.
