Random ripping at our childhood in the Eastern Block.

I came across this today: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gh7BNYUB8Ss&feature=related That's from one of the movies from my childhood (in a gloomy post-comunist country), "The travels of Mister Kleks" ('Kleks' meaning spilled atrament). I'm fully aware the "lyrics" to this song are pure nonsense, but maybe, just maybe they accidentally mean something. So than, I'd like to request a translation, even a partial one. And one more thing, I don't know west from east in Chinese (or such), but to my ears pronounciation of the singer (WiesÅ‚aw Michnikowski btw, a great actor) sounds quite authentic. Am I mistaken? --- After the change of topic: making fun of Soviets- allowed, of Russians- not. Russians are good people, they enjoy vodka and singing, Soviets were not. ;D
