I just saw Underworld Awakening for my bday on friday and I have to rate it an 8/10 seeing as how it was short and looked very rushed. I expected a lot more to happen but it was still a good movie overall and it's always good to see some skin on Kate Beckinsale.

Was the editting good? Hows the action, would you recommend this?
Also I watched
Shinjuku Incident.... A interesting film. I give it a 7/10, Watch it if your a fan of Jackie Chan and don't expect anything groundbreaking.
The writing isn't all there, the direction for Daniel Wu's character... fucking ridiculous, Seriously... that fucking wig. Jackie role is rather Dramatic, and he did his role fine.

I actually would recommend this movie if you've seen the first two. The action is pretty good. Not over the top or anything like that. The plot twists in the movie are what make it a good one to watch. Like I said, it was a short movie. Only about 80 minutes or so.
Yuck.. I dunno, I went to watch it with a couple of people. The scariest part was when it was completely silent, a bunch of crows fly by, and suddenly this bull dog barks freakin loud and made me jump a little. But other than that... not really all that entertaining... pretty much like a documentary. I gave it a 3 but yeah... I dunno if it deserves even that. And the ending was... a little anti-climatic.
Last movie i saw..
it was mission impossible IV : Ghost Protocol
The Action was damn good :), as well as new awesome gadgets they got, the story is interesting (if you watched it from MI 1), and also the location of the movie is awesome (burj hotel in dubai, kremlin palace and many other )
I'll explain why, but first, here is a trailer to give you an idea as to what the hell the movie is about.
Alright, now going by what you saw in that trailer, ask yourself what part of this movie you want to see the most?
Now, time for me to bitch. Within this spoiler, I'm going to pretty much give away the ending, so if you are set on seeing this movie, don't read. However, if you do plan on seeing this movie, I recommend you wait till it comes out on DVD and just rent it.
Here I go
Spoiler:
First off, I'm no movie critic, as a matter of fact, this is the first movie I've seen in a couple of years, simply because a friend of mine offered to take me and I looked at the trailer and figured that it was interesting enough to see (I think wolves are fucking awesome, and if I had it my way, I'd ditch my car and ride one wherever I went), but this movie just pissed me off to no end.
Don't get me wrong, I felt the movie was pretty decent, there were some parts that didn't make a whole lot of sense to me when it came down to the basic logic of what this group was doing throughout this ordeal (like not carrying any sort of makeshift weapon whatsoever while they were on the move...even though they made spears at one point, they pretty much ditched them and never bothered to make anymore?)
Here is my biggest bitch, and I could be a complete faggot for saying this, but...remember that question you asked yourself at the beginning of this post? Well, I for one, was waiting to see Liam Neeson fucking fist fight an alpha wolf, especially since:
1 - Liam is the ONLY survivor, everyone else got offed by this pack of wolves, so you kinda want to see the dude who said "We kill them" to...you know....FUCKING KILL THEM, and I for one didn't mind that he ended up going straight to the den from the beginning, just kinda shows you that shit happens.
2 - Like I said, I REALLY was hoping for our main dude to go out like a fucking boss,or wreck the alpha wolf, I mean, the god damned trailer even set that one up, and yeah, near the end of the movie, when he realizes that the shit has hit the fan and his group has been wandering into the belly of the beast the entire time, he's pretty much confronted with the final fight, an all or nothing confrontation with the leader of the pack....once this scene hit, I was fucking watering at the mouth to see what Liam Neelson was made of, especially since he straps those broken bottles to his hands and busts out his knife, live or die, I'm fucking ready to see a good fight and I ain't gonna bitch about the outcome as long as I see it >:D
Well, guess what, you wanna see that fight, well good news, look at the trailer, go to 2:06 and watch it till 2:08.....that's it....THE SCREEN GOES BLACK AND THE FUCKING CREDITS ROLL! Sure there's a scene after the credits, and here it is.
There's a slightly better video of this, but I chose this one simply because the dude's reaction was spot on, I mean, it was fucking perfect, I'm sure that's exactly what every single fucking thought in the entire audience consisted of..."the fuck?"
As you can see, I've never been so pissed at a movie, I even wrote this post...I never fucking write posts this long and full of malice! And I saw this shit for free and I'm still this fucking miffed!
ah..a....aRGHE!!! You know what, fuck it, I'm done ranting and being pissed, I'm gonna go and watch an episode of Fate Zero to wash this ass out of my brain.
And that is why I rated this movie 5/10....if that.
Girl w/ dragon tattoo. i thought it was cool.. gotta watch it again though >.> it's a thinker o.0 my favorite part is when you see the girl with dragon tattoo tits. she's skinny and shit but she's got a great body lol i give it 8/10.

Rating 6/10. I agree with you completely. It was not a satisfactory ending.
After Dark Films Present: After Dark Original: 51- 7.5/10...a fairly neat movie coming from the indy horror project, I'd probably watch this again given the opportunity. definitely worth the watch.
just saw The Woman in Black. very different from the source material, but i have to say that they actually did a pretty good job with it. it had a decent amount of scares and a good story. the only problem i really had with it was that the ending could have been better. regardless, as it is, it was a decent film.
I actually thought that the first Matrix movie was pretty good stand alone. The movies that came after, however, I like to pretend were never created. Just like the latest Indiana Jones flick and the new Star Wars trilogy.
OT: Just rewatched The Boondock Saints - 10/10. Great movie. Never gets old to me.
