Why would you censor ecchi? If you think about it, ecchi is a censored form of hentai, it's nothing but a cock tease because you don't get to see nipples or vagina.

No, definitely not. It's just plain useless, the fact that people watch ecchi means that they wanna see some perverted stuff so no matter how much they censor these guys would probably find another outlet to release their "emotions".
