Should Ecchi be censored?

All forms of censorship are lame. Artists should pick a demographic and be true to it, not be wishy washy and borderline. There's crap I don't want to watch, so I don't watch it, I don't demand that it be toned down.
On that note, the latest Kissxsis OVA was awesome. It was a little shadow-intensive, but that's actually the kind of thing where leaving a little more to the imagination is more fun.

In Greece, I was eating dinner with my grandmother and the TV was on. After about half a hour we hear AHHH, AHHH harder, yea put that dick in my.... And they were playing Hardcore porn in the middle of the day, and you know what, Greek kids are not Messed up. They have a warning sign in the upper right corner that says NC-17, or R, or PG-13. That's the extent to what i think the government should control censorship, just have a NC-17 rating on the top right corner. I mean in today's modern society where kids are being overly protected they have to know what is what.
