[Locked] Some Random things I've made

Angelus, maybe you should just stop posting ITT because despite what you say, people are gonna attack you or, as you said before, twist you words. You know what you meant with that first post and so do I. However, it seems a lot of our members seem to attack you ONLY because Waar, who we all seem to respect, said something. And I don't mean to offend anyone, but it's true. This was b/w Angelus & Waar and now people are choosing sides and needlessly flaming Angelus. Let's just stop.

But apparently everyone else is agreed on what they thought is meant. Vague phrasing is what allowed this so-called "word-twisting" to take place.

I think you're looking at this the wrong way. Maybe these peeps respect waar and shit, but I highly doubt that all this shit started happening because waar posted something. Actually, if you look again all this started with this sentence:

Then the criticism starts flying around and here we are now. Maybe, just maybe, waar's post gave them some incentive to say shit, but it wasn't because of "respect."

As for you Angelus, if you think what you're doing is art, then at least you're happy with your own work(It may not have been his program but he did make them from scratch... I think). Too bad for you though, since others aren't recognizing it as art. What can you do about it?

I agree with Hentai Elder, when he says that you should try to stop posting here, since it's only going to bring about a negative result for you.

Zero, aside from Fakku Artist and Angelus, who else (here on Fakku) really cares about what is and isn't art...?

The point is that Angelus is needlessly being flamed. Screw art for a second. Waar and his main follower were enough. We don't need to join in and bash Angelus.

It seems you analyed everything about my posts besides how you along w/ others seem to act as tools and pick at Angelus for no reason. CyberBullying. But... whatever... I'll stop now. I said what I felt someone should've said.

@rbz: Yeah, you're probably right. It's just, this isn't the only thread where it happened. Waar and Angelus seem to argue/disagree in multiple threads and sometimes people will go with what Waar says and pick at Angelus. Just because.

And I suppose it may not be cyberbulling but Angelus is often picked at.

I care what is and isn't art, and I think it's foolhardy of you to assume that only a few people care. I didn't "side with waar", there are many things we disagree on infact, but in this case I guess our views were the same. When someone says something that a program made is art, it insults all other artists, and that's something I'm not gonna stand for.

Eh, maybe I was wrong, maybe most of Fakku has a burning passion for art. I said what I said because Angelus is constantly having his posts disected and used against him. Maybe he asks for it though. However, whether his pic is art or not, we shouldn't attack him because of it. And maybe nobody was speaking just because Waar did, but I, along with others, know Waar has influence. And I felt some were attacking/following, but not for a good reason. Take no offense... just saying.

Again I am asking the Mods to lock this because of the derailment into something not intended.

My feelings on this subject can only be summed up with what everyone else on the forums says most of the time in response to YouTube videos. I'd like to make it clear that mine was deriving enjoyment from the discomfort of others, as it was all very well done. Even the slightly more subtle ones.

HE, you give me too much credit; You either think too highly of my "influence" (perhaps if you were talking about newfags, but the oldfags don't follow) or too low of the intelligence and individualism of others. I wasn't even the first to point out the inconsistencies of the original thread; but the previous poster was very subtle. I would love to have the type of influence you think I have, really I would. Maybe, just maybe, people read the same ridiculous statement that I see and reply with similar opinions to my own... Nah you're probably right, I probably have a secret leadership ability; which allows me to aim my "angry" opinions at any target I please.

Yes, because apparently, the many forum-goers and I have nothing better to do than to follow Waar's posts and agree like yes-men. While that may be true in some or even most cases, in this thread none of us replied "just because Waar did", and I replied to this thread not because of what Angelus posted as "Art like", but because of his trashing of other people's work, some of which they would have struggled with in vain for their entire lives. If I did something wrong, I would be quite thankful if someone were to take the time and effort to correct me, or at the least state their opinion in a coherent, well thought out manner, unfortuntely enough.

Art may not be a burning passion for me, but the rights and privileges of others are. You aren't the first or only person who has spoken about what was in their mind, in this thread or otherwise. No offense, just saying what had to be said.

tl;dr Waar has influence. People have free will. People will ultimately do what they will.

In all seriousness, at the end of the day what you did here was offend everyone by comparing your "Art like things" to art of other living, breathing humans with feelings and opinions just like yourself and called their pieces "worse" when, instead of clicking a couple of options while "blitzed", they have put in actual time, effort and creativity into nothing to form an expression of themselves and their ideas, hopes and dreams to share with the rest of the world. You don't like it? Fair enough, just don't bash it.

tl;dr Learn to accept other ideas and people, even if you don't like it. So long and thanks for all the creative discussion.

Oh, and try to put some effort into your spelling, grammar, punctuation...well, English, really, it'll do wonders for you. I wouldn't make light of it, but it really is a strain to pick out what you mean.
