superman VS Goku from dbz who would you thinkl would win

I don't know where the fuck you got that from, but the fact that superman can survive in space is enough to have him as the victor. In a no mercy fight, Superman destroys planet, kills goku, and we have a rapist.

I thing Superman will defeat stupid Goru

This is completely pointless since Superman's powers aren't set in stone. One year, he's able to survive in space, the next year he isn't; one year he can sneeze and destroy the world, the next year he can't. It makes no sense whatsoever.

But to all those people saying that Superman could simply destroy the world and Goku would die, I say this - Instantaneous Movement (also known as Instant Transmission). Superman destroys the world, Goku instantly locks onto a power and transports to safety. Of course, there's no way Superman would ever destroy the world, since he loves life and all that, but if Superman was evil or something (lol, vs fights), then blah blah blah.

Really, who the fuck cares? Like the pic posted at the beginning of the thread said, "Because everyone loses in vs. threads."

Let's just use the feats showed in the comic/manga for both sides, that's the only way to do it imo.

Both Goku and Supes have major inconsistencies in their respective series, so it evens out.


No one really cares, but that doesn't mean it can't be enjoyable to argue about it.

There aren't a lot of inconsistencies in DBZ when it comes to Goku's strength. He just keeps getting stronger and stronger, eventually getting to the point where his strength is unnatural in the world of the living. Superman has had every power ever thought up at one point or another, but he's never had all of the powers at the same time, and his strength goes up or down depending on the story and the writer.

Anyways, if we're going to compare the two fighters, then how about comparing their weaknesses? Goku cares about his friends and family, but so does Superman, so that's a tie. Goku doesn't always fight at his full power, but neither does Superman, and as soon as one got serious, the other would, too, and neither one would kill the other unless they were both at full power. So far, neither has a weakness that can be exploited. But wait, Superman is vulnerable to Kryptonite, while Goku is vulnerable to nothing. Sure, it wouldn't make sense for Goku to have Kryptonite, but who's to say that Lex Luthor wouldn't put some in Goku's clothes before the fight? This is a vs fight. Anything could happen.

Im not enough of a supes fan to know what version did what, so i usually just go by the high-end feats, and those of superman vastly overshadowes those of Goku.
Unless you wanna bring in hyperboles in this, don't think that would make much of a diffrence though.


Yeah but they're not involved in this fight, unless stated in the OP outside factors like these can't be used.
(Well usually anyway, since this ain't a regular battledome i dunno how were doing it)


Goku has no kryptonite, and someone who can move entire planets out of orbit at will have no problems with smacking Goku's head off.


Uhm, yeah, if this was Goku & Lex with preptime vs Supes then maybe.

I would enjoy it more if it were some characters i knew more about, but whatever, anything to kill some time.

Honestly, if they were to fight, I think it would come down to the weaknesses, as Shaggy mentioned, or their personalities. It would seem that, unless they were interested in finding out who was stronger, they'd probably fight for a little while and then realize there wasn't really much of a point, since under most circumstances they'd be fighting on the same side, and go eat some cake or some shit.

Goku will win hands down.. The minute the match start he turns into SS 4 and beat the crap outta him.. and he got the Fckin' Dragon Balls.. Just wish to be immortal and be the strongest in the universe (and one more wish)..Beat the shit outta superman in less than 5 seconds.. In any fight Superman vs X, Superman will win unless there is kryptonit or his foe is god himself.

Didn't the end of GT involve some BS like Goku became fused with the dragon balls? (I couldn't watch GT, for its sin against good plot lines...) But along those lines... Couldn't he just wish for superman to die, and/or just be immortal...?

Also, the huge variables in superman's powers are grossly weighing this in supermans favor. While Goku is in a series that is written and carved in stone, the writers of superman just make him match w/e the writer wants...

It's kind of hard to have a fair "match" while one character is basically writing the powers as he goes, and the other is using a completed show/manga for references.

Imo Goku wins, just because I hate american comics... and there huge amounts of "new writer, new power" type deal. Thankfully Superman has kept a weakness through everything, Kryptoniate. Lets hope Cap.Corp. has some kyptoniate (sp?) laying around... or ya know, ask the dragon for some... I'm sure if he can bring back planets, wishing back Krypton and grabbing some wouldn't be a hard task, especially w. instant transmission.

Maybe then they will stop writing for a 50 year old super hero.
