i'm normally not a fan of cars...but this one managed to catch my attention...but still, my no. 1 car is this....



anyway, both are real beauties...

The Lamborghini Reventon is an impressive car to look at but I would have to say the most beautiful car to look at is the Bugatti Veyron imo. I would have to say it is the ultimate super car in terms of all around specs.

Whoa, now that's a nice one. I especially like the colors...they make the car looks all the more awesome. But somehow it's hard to like the front design...

It's all aero dynamics according to Bugatti. That car being one of the fastest street legal cars in the world. Engine W16 (It's two Audi V8s put together to make a W16 they call it. Not V16) with Quad (4) turbos. 0-60 2.5 seconds. 0-100 5 seconds and a top speed of 253.5 Mph.

with a price of 1.7 million dollars!

But it's worth it! What else could you spend that small amount of money on anyways? The car is the obvious choice.

Simple. Buy a different car, modify it and use whatever's left on other things. Besides, the Veyron never really grew on me. I don't really like how it looks and it's only fast in a straight line. Hell it did the Nurburgring in like 7'40 or something when the Corvette ZR1 did 7'26 and the Nissan GTR ran 7'29.

The Veyron and other cars like it have a great amount of prestige. Buying say a corvette and modifying it to be better then the Veyron is all fine and well but it will never have the same pantomime that the Veyron has. That's not important to some people but to most of the people who do spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on cars that is very important.

Well if it's about prestige then I'll take a Pagani Zonda or a Koenigsegg CCXR. I'll never take the Veyron because it's just too ugly. Plus everybody wants one. I rather be unique than follow the crowd.

*Edit* I understand that people want expensive cars but usually the idiots that buy them just put them into storage. That's not using the car to it's full potential, plus some of them can't even drive those cars correctly(search for "wrecked exotics" and you'll know waht I mean). Besides, one of the things I like to do most is embarrass them in front of their girlfriends with a slower car. Nothing beats that.

I'm not trying to sell the Veyron to you or anything I was stating that the prestige is what matters. Sure everyone wants one and that's cause it's well known for it's abilities and absurd quality. After all there are few cars that's turn signal indicators are magnesium and cost $5,000 or have a W16 quad turbo engine. It's those features that draw the crowd in and why they're able to sell the car or should I say cars since they're several versions of it.



I agree full well with that. I hate it when people buy cars and then put them in storage be it that I also understand that they are less then apprehensive about taking a car that costs several thousand dollars to the track. That doesn't seem to stop them tho from being show offs on the road and crashing them.

Hm.... Would it be cheaper to just custom build a car that uses normal engines and copy the body frame?

no because unless you are smart enough to do everything yourself and put the entire car together, then you gotta remember that they setup an assembley line that makes the body and its parts and puts then together. You can't setup an assembley line for one custom car.

I'm not sure why.. but i imagine that car in black with a few changes and it reminds of batman's car >.< lol
