the woman was a genius, as stupid as she seem to abuse a system that is meant to help people she managed to get a corporate powerhouse like McDonald's to change their policy, or to at least to take a closer look at what it's locations are doing. I applaud that woman, she may receive a big fine but she has made a company think of accountability first; consumer satisfaction should always come first.
