sounds like a bit of remorse but don't take it as much more than that... it's most likely that she cheated before they broke up or at least she wanted to. It was also most likely either made drunk or crying.

she probably did cheat on you and after leaving you for another guy shes starting to feel guilty about what she did. and probably she's still trying to see if your another option still with your response (some girls play between boyfriends to see whats better then goes back to better choice later). my advice is to ignore it completely and get out of that bs.

Blocking her number would be the best option, or else you'll get more of these 'zomg I'm so srry!11!' messages, while you're just trying to move on. If you two recently broke up, for the first month you should ignore her as best you can. More contact = more memories = more pain. The more time you have away from her to deal with it, the better you'll be.

Also she could be feeling super Guilty knowing what she did was wrong, and wants to make herself feel like what she did was ok by texting a little sob Text to you..."Just don't Except it." Its a selfish move she is pulling so she wont have to feel as Guilty about the situation.
