Spiritual: Well, I guess it's the emotion and desire at the same time. It sounds better than You. It's what we live and act upon. Like, will you ever like to post because of Physical and Mental, of course, you gotta desire it first. But I'd like to clarify, emotion: feelings from others, desire: feelings from self.
IMO, it's best that they're used and rested together, as a weakness of one will lead to demise whether you know it or not.
And since I'll seldom use faith, I'm flexible to change statements, so now, I suppose 3 cores are all interconnected.
When facing sea of lies, you can most rely to self as self is the person one will most know, and therefore, will be a sea of trust. As of today, we don't know whom to look for answers but, the first who will be deeply interested to present answers is self. You will know when self is a having good intent or not. Be not afraid that, you'll live being lonely. You need to know others in order to know what to ponder. When you understand, better you will face lies.

I'm trying to sound magical here as if I'm Itsuki from Haruhi anime. Since you used the word "sea of lies", and it's kind of sweet and cozy as well.
For now, what we are sure of, is that we are humans, that's how'd we live and die. What sure will take over us, will be our successor or legacy. Whether we get to a heaven or not, we at least, get it some things right in this life.
