To love and protect.

Is there anyone in your life that you love so much that you would protect with all your might?A person who you would literly give you arm for? If there is please who is that person and why?

I would give my life for my family because they are everything to me and with out them I would not be the man I am today.

I would also give my life to my soulmate, my lover,and friend. but I have not meet her yet I am looking for her but I haven't even come close.but I am hopefull that I can oneday hold her in my arms.


I am a protector and I would do anything to protect the ones I love. Even if I must suffer.

I'd protect my mom...my brother can take care of himself. Other than that, there is no one, and I don't think there ever will be. Eh, less work for me.

Seriously though, who wouldn't want to protect the people that they love?
Anyone can easily say that they'll protect their love ones no matter what happens...(words alone isn't worth much of anything)
The real question is, could you actually do it?
If ever a real-time situation calls for it...would you jump in front of a bullet to save the girl of your dreams? or rather, "could" you?
Will you not even hesitate out of the fear of losing your own life?

Let me give you a little something to think about...
what if you've got to make a choice between saving the girl you love or your mother...who would you try to save first? Let's put it in a situation wherein the person whom you've decided to save later would already have died upon attempting to save the first person...

basically, you can only choose 1 and that's the only 1 you could save... who shall it be? your lover or your mother?

~such a tough decision isn't it, but that's reality for you...
it could be very cruel at times...things like this really do occur, whether you believe it or not. So, would you or could you answer the simple question?

i used to think such words are mere sophistry, the words said just to make you seem like an altruist before, but after i actually witnessed such an event myself, i guess as corny as it may sound, there may be some truth in it.

no matter how weird it seem to me, i guess the pure desire to protect your loved ones can exist. love sure is mysterious....

and to answer hermit's question, i'll protect my lover, hands down. probably caused by my upbringing, but i just can't love my family.

that's a tough one
well i'd save the person ilove (people tend to do crzy stuff when they're in love) without giving a thought (not that i dislike my family)

i would protect my family and friends if it where come down to choosing just one i think i would protect the one who i cared first and that would mean my family it may sound cruel but this is the choice i would make but i rather go as where i dont make it and the ones i care for live on

and because deciding who are those necessary people isn't a simple thing that this thread exists.

Easy question. I mean, there's hardly anything to life if you havn't got people who will love you and care for you even when you're useless. To almost all of the world, your worth and purpose is determined by skill, looks, charm... all things you have to work at.

Good family and good, loving friends will appreciate you for BEING and that is one of the most comforting things in the world to feel as a cushion to fall onto under the pressure of this hard world.

AS SUCH

I'd do everything I could to protect the ones I love - though - I don't think there's anyone in PARTICULAR that takes any lead.
