Breakfest: Just whole wheat toast and orange juice. I don't eat much since
my stomch is weak in the mornings.
Lunch: Falafel with white sauce in pita bread salad
My Dinner:
Steam whole Fish of stripped Seabass with Black bean sauce with extra garlic, ginger, and green onions
Also cooked together with Firm Tofu to absorb the flavor of the fish and sauce on the bottom.
Soup: Chinese winter melon soup with dry shrimp,rehydrated black mushrooms, whole chicken to make broth.
Veggie: Mixed peppers with simple light brown sauce( oyster sauce, mushroom soy sauce,etc)
