For breakfast, and because I was on the move this morning, I had a delicacy that's served in Trinidad called doubles, a very popular finger food that's frequent in busy shopping and town areas. It's basically curried channa (curried chicken peas) served on top of fried, flour paste made into bread, added with optional pepper, and various other chutney. Here's a picture for the curious, it's more appetizing than it appears:
For lunch, I had a Ceasar Salad with steak.
During the afternoon while gaming, I had a cookies and cream ice cream.
I hadn't had dinner yet, but I may just settle for a simple sandwich tonight.
