wake up at 7
strolling down the beach
breakfast,bath,and everything else
go to work at 9
go to the beach to tan/surf/beach volley or shopping with friends
go home at 6
cook dinner or order takeout
dinner w/family
fun stuffs until 12
sleep
pretty much like that :D

Current schedule:
Wake up at 7:30, take my time for breakfast and take a huge walk with the dog
Lose my mind due to the bantering with banks, agents etc due to selling the house in Denmark while living in Germany from 10.00 - 16.00
Working on signatures, wallpapers etc and strolling the FAKKU forum while waiting for the right person to be found while in the telephone queue.
Go to friends / family from 16.00 - 19.00, have fun, setup their PC's etc than take another large walk with the dog
After 20.00 I do whatever I want to + clean the flat.
Soon starting at the university, so the schedule is about to change ^^

man i can't resist hunger.
I eat my meals when I'm doing other stuff. Breakfast is the only one that gets the special treatment (mostly because I'm still half-sleep after I wake up and have no desire of doing anything).

ok, excuse me for i didn't realize that "practice" was meant for martial arts in ur case, but everyone's got their own practice on certain things(sports, martial arts and such).
but to generalize, yeah i think it's pretty much average what we all do.
