I'd say shave all the hair off your body, wear only a clown nose and a banana hammock, and paint the number 42 on your chest in green and yellow. Oh and accessorize with a garter snake, you don't want to scare them off with a snake that's too threatening.
Generally, the more the job pays, the better you should dress =). You could try to find out how people who already work there dress and base your outfit on that. Usually a good idea to find out about where you want to be working anyway.

Agrees, When went for an application at Sonic Drive-In (NOTICE! which, btw, Eshi Shall Never suggest to ever work at a Sonic -by any means. I wasnt really "trying" for the job. I've got several other opportunities open to me that will pan out better then working for that SOB. I can only imagine what this guy would've done if someone had slapped their cock on his desk. Then again maybe its something only Jesus can get away with?

I usually wear earth tone colors. Last time I went in for a interview I wore a brown blouse with a white lacy thing underneat of it so the white lacy thing was the collar of it and they were neatly folded back over my brown sleeve, making pretty cuffs.
I usually wear my hair down for interviews. And straighten it. It makes me look a bit older then when I have my natural curlies.

for RBC Royal Band or Energy Direct, i wore a suit(borrowed) for the interview.
mostly depends on what job u're goin for, i once went for a job in the pig farm, they told me to go with ragged jeans and a sweat shirt, so it worked anyways.
