What's the best concert have you gone to?

probbably wen i went to see drowning pool last year!!!
i know wot you think they are no good since the lead singer died. but they were fucking amazing i was def for the rest of the week it was that loud. plus i got a sighnd shirt and ticket there and talked to the band :D
they are just fucking awsome!

My favorite concert i went to was Opeth, and Dream Theater earlier this year. And before that Atreyu and Avenged Sevenfold did a pretty good one as well. Hopefully here in December ill get to go see Metallica with Lamb of god! just gotta hope tickets dont sell out in 3 seconds like when i tried to go see GWAR...

Only ever went to 2 of them. No real reason why, I just tend not to go.

About a year ago I saw Lostprophets: Got into a bunch of fist fights. Much fun.

A couple months ago I saw Motion City Soundtrack: Got rubbed up on by a bunch of scantily clad 15-21 year old girls in the "mosh" pit. Much fun.

Best concert I've been to was "Voodoo Fest" this year. They had Rage Against the Machine performing, and it was freaking awesome.

Best concert, eh? I would say Dark Tranquillity at Metaltown 2008.
But Amon Amarth were great there too, and Finntroll... Killswitch Engage were OK too.
I haven't been on that many concerts, only Dimmu Borgir, In Flames (twice), Dark Tranquillity (twice), Amon Amarth, Killswitch Engage, Sonic Syndicate (Metaltown, had nothing else to see ^^), Nifelheim, Implode, Finntroll, Nightwish, Within Temptation, Sabaton (they sucked, metaltown), Soilwork, E-Type (many years ago), The Ark, Asta Kask, Cavalera Conspiracy, Danko Jones, Satyricon, Graveyard, Keld, Bullet For My valentine (sucked) and Clutch. I'm also going to see Opeth in december this year, and also Dragonforce and turisas in february next year.

Lamb of god is one of the greatest bands ever in my opinion, and Metallica is great too!
And I'm jealous of you who've seen Opeth -.- They were cancelled at Metaltown, and I also missed Job For A Cowboy at Metaltown, though they were cancelled too!

I enjoyed Van's Warped tour 05-08. Can't wait till July 22 ^__^.

Lacuna Coil -> Killswitch Engage -> Disturbed.

The Hilliard Ensemble easily. They did a concert/Q&A and both parts were amazing. They are a male choral group specializing in early music. This particular concert focused on renaissance madrigals from Italy and England.

For me, it was the ALSDEAD concert at A-Kon this year, namely because the only other concert I've been to was a Travis Tritt one Iwent to with my mom when I was 7. -_-

the best one was warped tour two summers ago. seeing circa survive was epic and i think i almost reached enlightenment while seeing them ^_^ another one that was pretty fun was, gasp, paramore... they put on a good show. ive been to a few but ive stopped going to shows as frequently, after having my ears raped by fear before the march of flames that is

The best concert I attended was Eraserheads' final concert, "The Final Set".

For me it's a tie between
-(in popular music) Aavikko, which I saw during their Viitostie tour. I have never, ever before or after witnessed such genuinely amusing and quirkily charismatic people in concert.
-(in classical music) Phillippe Pierlot and Pierre Hantaï playing Couperin. The Q&A was wonderful too, as Hantaï was discussing some of the notes Couperin had made on the compositions (such as his note on La Séduisante, "j'aime mieux ce qui me touche que ce qui me surprend"); this was a wonderful way to learn something about the man "François Couperin" behind that towering giant of composers "Couperin Le Grand".

I can't decide between my blink 182 concert and my recent slipknot concert. Blink made me laugh and i had shit loads of fun,but with slipknot i couldn't talk or hear right for a week.

best concert was my first the mars volta i got to see two of my heroes then this art's and music festival in belgium with a bunch of indie bands was great and dir-grey were great now just gatta see megadeth,and slayer,and if at the drive in get back together i would cry

i was lucky to see Nine Inch Nails on their last show before they disbanded, although now they are playing a couple good bye shows but it was still the greatest concert i have ever been too, and i try to go to at least 1 or 2 a month :D

I've seen Rush twice. The only thing that could've made it perfect is if they would play Working Man. >.<
