Who at Fakku celebrates chistmas

I was just thinking, who celebrates chistmas here? Even if you are not chistian. I have notest that there some people here who have no religon and those who have a religon of some type. And some people here are talking about chistmas a little here and there. So who will realy be celebrating chistmas.

Please note that: I don't need a problem so if you don't like chistmas and or don't beleave in chistmas there are better sits to start wrighting offensive thing about it then here. Most people here seem to be nice people so please don't. Thank you.

I feel very similarly. I still celebrate big holidays because I'm only 19 and live with my mom, but it's not particularly important to me.
I like people giving me stuff, but I don't like having to spend my hard-earned money on people I don't care that much about.

no, really. I like the ideal of christmas, and will try t keep it up, at least for my little sister.

really, the holidays for me are all about the fam.

Christmas has pretty much become a secular holiday.
which isn't much of a problem, because Jesus wasn't born in December, and it's an adaption of a pagan holiday anyway.
But people like to take it as a time to pretend you like your relatives and buy them overpriced shit.

we celebrate christmas here but christmas is only enjoyed by kids here...well every christmas here is like a family reunion

My family and I aren't Christian, but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy all the deals and discounts that the Christmas season has to offer. And especially the New Years, I'm waiting for the prices to drop even further. (And get that leather jacket of mine at a lower price than $200 from $400.)

I celebrate christmas and pretty much any other holidays. People I know here in the US don't really associate any of the holidays with special meanings, they just are, because they've always been celebrated in their famlies. The backround of the holiday is pretty much moot in my eyes. Unless someone brings it up it doesn't even cross my mind (I'm not religious so for me they have different meanings ex. Christmas - Mom's homemade queche, dog ripping open presents, me getting presents, buying presents for others, and socializing. XD

Does shopping for presents count as a form of celebration? How about sitting at home, watching Christmas-related anime and episodes?

I guess most of us celebrate Christmas in one way or another.

My family's Christian so they celebrate it, I'm atheist so I don't have to buy presents for anyone, but still get them given to me. I was brought up to celebrate it, so I do, all apart from the religious stuff.

Everybody here should celebrate Christmas at least on FAKKU because it's turning 2 years old pretty soon :)

But yeah, I don't necessarily celebrate it with my family such as my parents because they don't, but I do with my friends, we do secret Santa every year, lol.

Dude, I wish I could use that excuse. But it can be a secular holiday too, and my mother would probably disown me if I didn't get anyone gifts.

If you do something out of the normal that is speshell to you because of the date I gess.

Our family "celebrates" but not in the christian way like going to church and spreading the word of Jesus, no. But we get presents and stuff like that and then Santa Claus comes to the hood, the usual stuff.

I celebrate a holiday that just so happens to land on the same day as Christmas. A.G.E.D. (Atheist Gift Exchange Day). It's not an official holiday but, I'm hoping it'll take off just like Tim Buckley and Winter-een-mas. Though I do buy gifts for my non-atheist friends. We who celebrate A.G.E.D. don't discriminate based on faith.
