I couldn't agree with this thread more, but let me say it's hard to find someone who thinks the same way now and days. A lot of people just think about how many people they can fuck and not love, even though they may call it love. I've been with 4 girls and only 1 of those girls were what I'd call love. Sadly she had to move back to Germany cause here family needed help back home and long distant relationships don’t work.

A relationship without love would be no more than friends or fuck buddies. So everyone gets in them, and most are in them. But on a more serious note, your traditional boyfriend/girlfriend relationship, no, I would not be in one ever. I wouldn't even agree to be a fuck buddy to be honest, I am one of those guys that cannot have sex with another person unless I am emotionally attracted to them.

Relationship for the kick of it? we only live once, and having a forbidden relationship with your private tutor is priceless.
As long as i'm not in a love-based relationship at the same time, i don't see any reason why not.
And love itself COULD grow from a loveless relationship judging from my past experience.

Being female, I'm into all this 'love' shit
Because personally, I will like a person so much, it'll take some time to fallin love with them, but I will like them a lot.
I could never be in a relationship where there was not at least some spark. I'd need him to be at least a bit similar to me or think I was a blessing (conceited, much?)

I've fallen in-and-out of love too many times, so I can safely say I can be in a loveless relationship. As others have pointed out before me, love may grow in a loveless relationship. So what's there to lose?

I've tried the whole 'sex with no strings attached' thing, and it didn't work out.
It was fine for me, but not for the people I was "dating".
At one point, I was "dating" 2 people at the same time, and both knew about each other and when we first started "dating" neither had a problem with it.
As time went on, both got more attached to me and wanted me to be only theirs. I declined because it isn't what I wanted to do. Every time we'd get together I always had to hear why I should only date them and dump the other person. And they'd always give me a river of tears to try to persuade me, which really bothered me because they KNEW what they were getting into.
*Sigh* Anyway, it was a real annoyance, so I just got rid of both of them and never really had any feelings for them. But I could tell that both wanted real love, and I just didn't want to provide it.
Now I'm in a relationship with real love, and it's all right. Better than one without it I guess. Both types encounter all sorts of problems...
Although, I still don't I'd pass up a one night stand with someone I found very attractive.
