My weekly eating habits vary as follows:
Eat a meal or a few snacks once every days or two
Eat three square healthy meals a days
Avoids junks food completely
Eat nothing but junk food
Eat tons of protein
I like chicken a helluva lot. I drink soda too much.
I just had a dbl bacon chs burger. the kind that makes your heart hurt just from looking at it on the menu board. and 2 cans of mtn dew. but now it's just sitting in my stomach, so i'm cutting it with a beer and some whiskey.
Another typical American here. Too much fast food, soda, and not enough exercise. But thanks to my freakish body chemistry, I eat all I want, and sit on my ass, and never go over 180. Which isn't too shabby for being 6'2. Back when I actually put effort into staying healthy(ier) I could sit around 160.
Anyway, I just got back from Eat n' Park myself (like a Denny's but far superior) coulda got a burger, and I usually do, but I was feeling French Toasty, so there you go. Probably hit up a Burger King or something on the way back from an apointment I have later today.
