I'd say that's pretty average for the U.S. You can get a lot better out of some of the top like Time Warner and Comcast, but they are two-faced, evil corporations. The fact that they are now in Chapter 11 bankruptcy could mean they would get absorbed into a bigger company like the aforementioned. *shrugs*

Comcast doesn't seem to bad. I had them before I moved.

Not so bad I guess. They are both just known for bad customer service and violating Network Neutrality laws (particulary Comcast, who has been sued multiple times in the last three years.)
