Burial or cremation?

I want to be cremated so that my ashes can be turned into either a figurine or soem sort of jewelry that those who em love me can wear and Ill be with em forever, or atleast til they die too.

I cannot die, therefore this poll doesnt apply to me.

I don't want to be buried cuz I have a kinda of have a phobia of being buried and i don't want to be cremated cuz i've been through alot with this body and i don't want it to be burned. what I want done to my corpse is to just be dumped on top of a mountai, no coffin or anything just right there on top of a mountain.

I prefer burial, though I plan my burial to be somewhat different.
I plan to be buried with some sort of tree seed with me (I have yet to decide). As my body decomposes, the tree would absorb the nutrients that my body gives off and help it grow, becoming part of the tree.
I don't mind people getting cremated, but I personally wouldn't go for it.

Burial sounds better to me.

Maybe I'd prefer cremation since my great grandparents and my grandparents all have been cremated. I'd like half of my ash to be scattered in seas and the other half is keep by my child or go to family ash graveyard. a graveyard for dead people's ash.

Burial just makes graveyards and takes up unnecessary space which could be used for factories for weapons. I also never die, so cremation is impossible.

I just want to disappear.....
Death is death, no other excuses, what are you going to do with the empty shell is up to those left with it.
Rot or burn for all I care, death is unavoidable and we all will face it one day.

I'll side with cremation on the more rational side, burial takes up to much space and after you get burned, you can leave the ashes or put them in a jar for no use. Better than digging a hole and paying for a plot of land just to bury the dead.

First of all, I want all useable organs to be given to people who need it. Then I will let my family do whatever they want with the rest. If they want to bury it, sure. If they want to cremate it, fine. I'll be dead so hard for me to care.

I want to be buried on the moon.

Cremation. It takes up less space, and I don't want my body to rot and shit like that.

I want a Viking funeral.

Send me away by coffin. If there was a way I can come back alive then it wouldn't be a waste, also I don't want any risks in the afterlife that your body has to be preserved in order to move on or something like that. It's just a personal reference but if they did this the old fashion way then so be it.

I don't really care about respecting the dead. They're dead, they don't get a say in what happens any more. I say harvest their organs for the good of others or for SCIENCE. Wishing to be cremated or buried with all your parts still in you is a flagrantly selfish act. It shows you care more about whatever religious mumbo jumbo you believe in more than you do about those who are alive that could be helped. Making that decision voids you of all right of others needing to give a shit what your opinion on the matter is. There just aren't enough spare organs in the world for all those who need them and taking perfectly good ones and setting them on fire or leaving them to rot is equivalent to going up to sick people, telling them that you could help them, and then laughing in their faces when you tell them that you won't.
