Plastic surgery? And, here we are talking about diagnostic medicine, cancer treatments, and Hungarian dental work.
I know a Romanian girl who went back to her own country to have dental work done. Im no expert in that particular field, however, it seems to be fairly high quality work. Much like you would recieve from most practices in the United States.
