Cloning Good or Bad?

A touchy subject I know but I'm interested in what people think what about all the good it could do for humans.

I'm for cloning.

Through the use of cloning we could "grow" organs for people who require transplants. At the time we achieve the ability to replicate the required DNA we could also "fix" issues that would arise later in life like risks for diabetes, heart disease, etc.

While I do sometimes worry that the religious will see clones as less than human and probably kill then for "sins against god" or some sort of nonsense. Overall, I wait for the day we can clone willingly.

I'm a fan as far as cloning non sentient life, I'd rather there not be another me out there; would you guys be able to deal with two of me? I think not.

I can't say that. Apparently, I have people who look identical to me. They looked so much like me that they fooled my best friend from high school and even my own mother. There may not be another Waar running around but, there are several Fiery penguins running around.

if not, don't clone, one of us is more than enough to deal with, let's not create more chaos.

Reproduction is enough. We really don't need two of anyone running around because, god knows, one is one more than necessary in a lot of cases.

How do you guys plan to deal with the several other "me" running around? They aren't clones...(I hope). They are doppelgangers trying to kill me so they can steal my life of fapping and hentai watching.

I want there to be cloning so we can grow limbs and organs from the specimens and then salvage it.

it would be neat because you could have multiple girlfriends and they would never know.

In all seriousness, I believe cloning can be good for society. If you can perfectly clone animals and plants, you can increase food supplies for people that are in need.

Not really. The animals and plants still grow at the same rate. Cloning doesn't make something aged like in the movies and as far as I know they can't really accelerate the speed of growth. To make plants grow in places they wouldn't is more of a genetics issue than a cloning issue.

I want some scientist to clone me a 10" dick and replace mine for it. But beyond that the whole thought of millions of identical people running around is pretty scary. What was that one book called, Utopia? They even made a movie of it, really fucked up shit there.
