I like to visit U.S. sometimes, gotta love those parks and museums and some of their places that attracts tourist. The only thing that I hate about U.S are some of their weird laws; like you can get arrested by being naked in your own house and also I heard that a burglar can sue the victim if the burglar got injured during his attempt to rob the house. Seriously?
Really depends on where in the US. Here where I live at the moment (Texas) basically you can shoot anybody if they are on your property and you have cause to think they might do harm to yourself, family, or property. Head over to California, and that part of the burglar slipping and hurting himself and thus suing you happens, with annoying regularity.
That's my single greatest beef with this country, the so called, justice system. Sure it's a good concept. But it's gets abused too often. My favorite is when some dumbass spilled coffee on herself, got burned. And sued McDonald's cause it didn't have a warning on it.
Are you fucking joking? If you couldn't guess fresh coffee was going to be hot, please get the fuck out of here. You're making the rest of us look bad.
Other than that, I'm a typical American. I believe our military is the best, and no amount of bitching is going to change my mind on that. Then again, I am in the military, so my view is skewed. I understand a bit more about it then most people, and can back up the efficiency of it. As to the debt, maybe if we could manage to keep business in this country instead of outsourcing it, we'd actually have some damn money.
