Do you hate the U.S?

I hate america's way of claiming everything for their own, especially ownships.

I'm saying it on my point of view as a gamer. I can't afford nor can i read from the games produced originally.

US screwed every single Dynasty warriors game that i've played, Totally ruined Basara with getting them fk-ed up dubs and re-naming every hero that played with childish ignorant names.

And animes, once more, the dubs. Why couldn't they just read subs? Is it really so hard?

Frankly, i'm a huge fan of history and viewing us screwing up everything really pisses me off.

... wha? so you hate the US because you hate dubbed anime? and what do you mean you are a fan of history? since when was history a football team?

Was there even a footabll team named "history" if so, i'd support them. But no, i'm refering to history. I enjoy it alot and have devoted much of my free time studying the differnet histories each country have left for our generation (currently into maya and babylonian.

Perhapes i've not stated it well enough. I was refering to US buying over ownerships and making everything theirs, changing it for the worse and ruining the the product. Dubs are one of the factors which affects me the most.

oh okay, btw i was just picking on ya little. But it always thought the U.S. loses everything... like the way the chinese are making the Hummer vechiles now... we invent it... then someone makes it better... I guess that makes us creative but not smart...

BTW... there are good dubbs out there, i personally like shuffle... acutally that is like 50% of my post... they contain the words "i like" and "shuffle". But if you hate my country for its bad dubbing... well then I understand... :(

America isn't the only country that buys the rights to anime series and dubs them into a different language. It's silly to hate America for doing it but not all the other countries that do it. In fact, it's silly to hate any country for such a thing. When you're selling a product, you have to reach the most people possible. If dubs weren't made, then anime wouldn't sell as well because there are people who like dubs and hate reading subtitles. It's simple business.

Truly. I don't think the United States every claims or pretends that they created the anime that they licensed. Not all dubs are bad though. I agree with the Shuffle! example. I love the Shuffle! dub as well as the original Japanese audio, if not more; same goes with Azumanga Daioh.

Every time I give Shuffle! a little love, Tsurayu comes right along and gives it a little more.

How could I not? It's one of the only few good Harem animes out there. XD

I'm about to make this kind of topic because I'm very curious, how can you hate a reputable country by the whole, we're even using English. Maybe they were referring to much of the Hippie influenced attitudes such as swinging and counterculture which counters evangelical Christianity and also US captured blacks. But there's just too many people for all of them to have bad attitude and Lincoln turned blacks into citizens which is a white.

I agree with all of your post except for this piece. I am always dumbstruck by the overwhelming arrogence by these so called patriots. I currently live in TN and anytime you talk about the USA it always ends the same, " America is a godsend and if you do not like it you are a satan worshipping terrorist." This is literally what someone in my college World Politics class said when a girl answered the teacher's question of what is wrong with our Country by saying that a select few groups are manipulating the population into serving them by tricking them into acting out of a love for your country. I can't begin to describe how angry I was at the asshole who called her a satan worshipping terrorist.

I wouldn't say it's my favorite country out there but honestly I'm not one to cross everyone in the country over the same line due the arrogance that a lot of them tend to have. I think that's something that'll eventually change over time.

A lot of good comes from the U.S. and a lot of bad comes from it, but can't the same be said for any other country out there?

Just some sarcasme with the underlying meaning to show you that even if you think your country's does everything pretty well and nice, they undoubtly did something wrong.

Went to Peru last summer for three weeks. They have nothing compared to america. I hadnt walked on level ground untill i stepped onto american soil once agan. I have never felt so inlove with america. You dont know what your missing untill its gone, america is heaven on earth.
