I never really came for the prizes - I'm not gonna lie, I did enter MoteMote, but I know I probably won't win anyway. I've been coming and leeching off Fakku for ages, and now I just want to participate in the forums since this is a place I've come to love :D

I think there should atleast be 2 or more sentences to be a good reply...or else have a good meaning towards the previous statement.

i think you've done enough in your short tenure as an unsuccessful grammar nazi. let the spammers expose themselves by their incessant spamming, they're always dumb enough to post things like "i know SO tru" or something. in that regard, i'm pretty happy i joined before the contest began, otherwise, who knows the trouble i'd be seeing. dang.

That reply could have done without the first couple of sentences there. Please be careful as to what you put in a post. A simple misunderstanding is all it takes to start a flame war, and as a couple of our noobs have proven, I participate in flame wars with a burning passion. (No pun intended.)

The bad spamming has just about died down, I expected it to happen when the contest started so I really don't mind. I understand it is frustrating for our senior members but hopefully some of the new users stick around.

I can't say that I'll be overly active due to not getting private time to visit such a forum (:wink:) but hopefully I'll be here for a long term. Consider me to be most likely a weekly visitor :D

I find this topic both degrading and insulting. Sure, most new users are only here for the MoteMote, but it's a glaring generalization to say that ALL newbies are spamming whores only here for J-List related prizes and hentai.
Take me for example. I'm only here for the Hentai. Hah!

Anyway. I'm just saying, that yes, the spamming around here will be... enlarged for a while whilst the MoteMote is in effect. However, once said ceremonies have taken place and the virgins are sacrificed to the volcano, all the little post-whores will leave and it'll be buisness as usual.

Besides, How much wine can you Fakkers drink in ten minutes anyway? This whole MoteMote thing'll be over before we know it.

Of course it's a generalisation, because the ones that were spamming (which is now considerably less widespread, now people need to get some avitars >_>) were totally killing the forums. Yes, and you will find that half of them die off after MoteMote! (but they may not if they actually get involved in the community) I'm sorry you took offence, but this is how some of us have been thinking, and thoughts generaly need to be voiced. I'm thinking about breakfast.
