General election today!

Yes it is and either way whoever wins the Philippines is screwed.

A small update, Gordon Brown is stepping down as leader of the Labour Party. The most likely outcome of the election as it stands is a Lib Dem/Labour coalition headed up by a new Labour leader...not that any of the candidates would exactly fill the Prime Ministerial shoes, imo. It could still be a minority Conservative government, of course, and thus likely another election within months. Then you'd get the rosy Etonian David Cameron and his Axis of European Racists, as well as a general disdain for anything that helps anyone/is foreign. Oh, the excitement...
