And there is probably only in the US that you can sue someone for something like that as well.
But yea, even though I don't walk around naked at home myself, since I feel uncomfortable if I do, I think that it is stupid to arrest someone for being nude in his own home.

Not necessarily. Some homes are built very close to sidewalks and/or streets depending on individual zoning laws. My house is only about 20 feet away from the sidewalk, if I had my blinds open and was walking around naked someone from the sidewalk could potentially see pretty well, especially if it was dark outside.
Unless it's darker inside the house than outside yes, cause if it is the windows will reflect the light outside more clearly and it will be hard to see inside from a distance.
