Man Kills Daughter's Molester

Robbing a bank IS a crime, this guy killed a scumbag. The situations are far too different and can't even be close to similar.

The little girl was going to end up traumatized and possibly killed by this scumbag, rather him than her.

I would promptly inform my daughter or son to close their eyes and cover their ears, followed swiftly by my ripping the throat out of the assailant in question.

Upon finishing, I would bring my child home, clean him or her up, and go over the basic rules of living at a young age (Look both ways before crossing the street, don't talk to strangers, etc, etc) and prepare for my trial. I would show no remorse to the man or woman who wanted to touch my children.

-Ripping them limb from limb, simply isn't enough, we must destroy the bastards entire being, torture them for hours and hours on end, days and weeks and months, until finally the last breath the piece of shit will say is 'I was wrong', followed by death.-

It's really insufficient information. Say he beat him down, and then kept kicking him til he more or less died, then I'd place the guy in jail. If he just happened to kill him then it's "things that happen".

Also matters what he actually did. Attempt of sexual assault sounds a bit vague, I don't really think it's okay to kill a guy for touching your childs ass a bit for example. Molesters have rights as well.

I think you should still be punished for doing some thing like that I my self would do the same and probably kill them too though I think death isn't enough I'd want to cause them fear and pain but I should be charged for going over the top.

I hear plenty of stories in the UK of people that assault sex offenders (people unrelated to the offenders in any way) the police don't care about it even if it's a really serious assault. People get away with doing some pretty serious crimes simply by saying the defendant is a pedo to the police or the people who would alert the police and for all they know it might not be true.

What if the murder victim wasn't the rapist and that he found the girl before the father did and the rapist had already fled the scene and before the murder victim could say any thing he was already dead? (unless his pants where down)

If you had someone very precious to you almost raped,
I think I'd be pretty pissed off too, and wouldn't think or care about consequences.
Especially in the heat of the moment.

So if the molester's parents aren't getting any money, that's a shame, who gives a shit.

I'd do the same thing if I had to. You need to protect the people close to you at all costs

On another note, he should not be punished because it sets a standard that will be followed by other courts. This standard will help fostor a more austere system of justice that will - hopefully - dispirit crimes.

Guy had it coming. Come on im a lolicon fan boy but trying to rape a 5 year old? I wouldn't have called 911, i would have fed him to my dogs and then fill his grave with whatever is left of him in the dung. hew was a piece of shit.

I don't think there is a justifiable reason to end a fellow human's life. I understand Sexual Assault is considered an irredeemable evil by the majority that comprises human morality but I don't believe murder should be looked at as a means for justice.

Okay, frankly, I don't understand how people can say that the father should be punished. You think that any of us, if in the exact same, or even similar scenario, would have had the slightest thought of "Should I do this or that?"

No, all of us who would have been physically capable would have seen red and beat the shit out of the guy. You think he had the sudden thought to kill the guy? Maybe, but it would have been subconscious, not one of the open thoughts we have. The only thing that would have been in that guys mind would have been to keep the fucker off his daughter, and to make sure he doesn't get up.

This would have been present for EVERY human who would have the balls to do something. So he beat the shit out of the guy in front of his daughter, so? He didn't exactly have the time to think if he should move the fight somewhere else. The man dying was a result of a perfectly natural and human response.

The main reason why he shouldn't have been charged or blamed is the fact that he was a civilian. We don't have the training or knowledge to subdue an opponent unless with some sort of martial art. You expect him to know how to make a textbook arrest cop style, pulling out some handcuffs or something for a citizens arrest? What do you expect from a guy, huh? The only thing most of us could have done was beat the guy until we are sure that he was no longer a threat, which he did. He just did it a bit too well.

Also, who's to say the molester didn't fight back. Most of you sound like he just laid there and took it. Obviously, he would have fought back, just the father may have had an upper hand. It doesn't matter what we say or think, considering none of us have ever experienced this scenario and we wouldn't have known how any of us would have reacted. Most likely, all of us would have been stomping the guys face in, or more realistically, sat on his chest and given some dozen blows or so. Do any of you know when a few punches could be the line of knocking the guy unconscious or killing him, cuz I sure don't.

I think that the father was totally in the right to defend his child and I think that he just went a bit too far and "accidentally" killed that fucking creep. (Id've most probably done the same thing in his shoes)

Getting off scott-free though is a bit much, I dont know legal terminology but his booty should've been sent to county for manslaughter. (Whats a lenient version of the manslaughter charge?)

The guy he put six feet under was Mexican. I dont know what to think about this... Its the usual 'what if' race thing and I know some people roll their eyes when its mentioned but I seriously doubt that the father wouldve been let off if it was John Smith and not Jesus Flores.

I probably would have done the same (maybe not in front of my kid though).
If he's following the law, more power to him.

HOWEVER, that guy is still a human, he still has the right to live, no matter what he has done. We're not the one who are suppose to judge. Let the judge and juries do their job.

Note: I have family in texas. They told me that when they heard about this if the father had'nt killed him they would've.

I agree with the Jury because i know that almost everyone on the planet earth as a father would do the same thing that this man done.
