More than One?

So anyways I was just thinking about romance and love. After awhile, I began to think about marriage and what it means. One thing lead another thing, eventually I began to wonder about why marry couple usually "cheat" on their spouse. Then ask myself why is "cheating" consider bad? Isn't it naturally for humans to be attracted to more than one of the opposite sex? If so, shouldn't it be ok for one to have sex with more than one?

For those who are thinking that, if you love someone than you should want to be with only them or something along those lines let me say that way of thinking is kinda ridiculous, and let me tell you why. It is quite possible to love more than one person, if you don't believe me ask yourself this, do you love your parents? If so don't you love them both about equally? Many would yes. You love your friends about the same as well. So why would it be strange to love two people, romantically, about the same as well?

And for those who are thinking, this type of thinking is why STDs are on the rise now or something along those lines, let me inform you that isn't completely true. There are really only two main causes of STDs, and if you avoid them then you highly unlikely to catch a STD no matter how many different people you sleep with, are poor hygiene and having sex when you are in a unhealthy condition or environment that's it. If you don't believe mean than search for the three different types of diseases.

Anyways, my question to you Fakku is it possible to have more than one soul-mate?

Seriously catching a STD has nothing to do with poor hygiene and having sex when you are unhealthy . If someone has a STD and you don't wear a condom , you might catch it , whatever your condition is . Always wear a condom , even when doign a felacio (girls) and if you don't want to wear a condom , make your partner pass the appropriate tests to prove that she don't have STDs . Even if you love her and she said to trust her , MAKE HER PASS THE TESTS ! Your partner might leave you one day , STDs will never leave you , think abouth that .

I am really starting to lose my interest in talking to you all on this subject. STDs comes from unclean and unhealthy environments and people. If you any of you actually check the history of major diseases in human history you would fucking notice that all of those diseases originally comes from uncleanness and unhealthy environments. The Black Death for example was up in Europe and killed around 75 million people. During that time Europe was cramp and most of all unclean. Let's look at Cholera, where it comes from? contaminated waters.

I am starting to think that most of you all don't quite understand what infectious means. Hopefully this will get through your heads.

Most diseases come from animals or domesticated animals, but they also come from certain environments such as jungles or swamps. The Black Death is the result of fleas that were living on rats which were able to transport because of trade through Europe and the Mediterranean. No one clean or unclean were safe from the disease because civilizations during the time did not have the tools the battle it.

When having sex in an unhealthy, nonclean situation, your own immunesystem is naturally weakened, and the chance to catch the disease is greatly increased, thus by being in a more healthy situation, naturally decrease the chance of cathing the disease.

Now, the other side of the story: Since having a good immunesystem doesn't guarantee not cathing those diseases, it is still preferable to use a condom. Also, there is different STD, that the immunesystem can't fight, and therefore the thing about being healthy and clean, isn't so important anymore.




Well living in a clean enviroment reduces the chance of rats living everywhere. Also, like everything else, being clean do reduce chance of any diseases. So you can't count of hygiene out of it, but can't call it the main reason either...

I know a clean environment is a factor involving disease.
However, what was considered clean during the time of the Black Death is not the same as most societies today. As I stated domesticated animals or animals were carriers and had the possibility of infecting humans and their lack of medical knowledge is also a factor.

Your reactions to the other people who have responded to your thread are really very alarming. It is a perfect example of the saying, "That a little knowledge is a dangerous thing." Nobody who has responded to your post has given you inaccurate information, and if they have sometimes been rude in their responses it is mostly because of your inability to accept that your understanding of diseases is very flawed.

Oh, bother. You didn't even try to understand the context of my post and yet went right over to the origins of diseases in general.

Clearly, you're the type that needs to have everything spelled out for you: I did NOT claim or mention at any point in my post that STDs do not originate from bacteria-infested environments.
Just so you know, it's more likely for a person to catch STD from another person rather than from a direct encounter with the specific bacteria that causes the STD. Unclean environments may have started it, but it certainly did not spread it.

Clearly there is a big misunderstanding here, which seems to be a trend that happens a lot to me. It also seem that most of you all are selectively reading my posts in this thread, which happens to about everyone of my threads.

First I do believe that I mention that you can catch a STD from unhealthy person, I mean in my first post in this thread I said that having sex with an unhealthy person would cause STD, if you have a STD then you are in a unhealthy condition.

Secondly, the reason why I went to the definition of infectious was because I was starting to believe that most of you all don't know the conditions that is require for a disease to be consider infectious, that and because we are talking STDs which happen to be infectious diseases. STDs are also call STIs, Sexually Transmitted Infections.
