The emphasized quotes from your posts that I included in my replies are just to catch you on your wording and were simply put up in the hopes that you would notice it for yourself.

You claimed in your previous replies that you're just talking about the origins of STDs when people called you out for neglecting the fact that people can still catch STDs from other people and that it's more likely for one to catch an STD from other people rather than from an unclean environment -- Correct?

It's notable in your first post, however, that you said that as long as one avoided having sex in unhealthy conditions or environments then the person would become highly unlikely to catch an STD no matter how many different people one sleeps with.



This sentence contradicts the reassurance you tried giving the other users that you weren't referring to the transmission of STDs.
Moreover, the above sentence heavily implied that having multiple sex partners have no correlation whatsoever to catching STDs, which I believe is what caused people to become agitated with your OP.

A change in the likeliness of catching an STD due to an unsanitary environment/circumstance does not change the likeliness of catching it from someone who does have it.

I sincerely hope that you finally understand what I'm getting at and amend that statement so that it doesn't mislead those who don't know any better.

I understand what you are saying and realize how this misunderstanding occur. I thought I wouldn't need to mention my theory wouldn't work if the person already had the disease. Also, I should have fully explain where I was going at with my explanation of the origins of STD, which was if you get rid of the origins (base) of the STD system than you wouldn't need to worry about all of that other stuff because nothing can possible last long without it's origins.

1) Braking someone's heart? Betraying their trust? Get that puppy dog love out of here. If someone's love can be that easily shatter than it ain't worth shit. And I just think it's a weird reason to honor someone (Though here in Denmark we don't really honor our parents, but love them instead).

Well, the cause might be that my mother was (heard it from my father) a total jerk, and just did nothing while he had to earn a lot of money.

Then my parents got divorced.

Then some years passed, and she was mad at me all the time (Took my money by force(i was 14 when that happened)). Said I was the reason her boyfriend left. Soon after 2 months, I left her for good.

Now, I'm living with my father, not talking to my mother...

but my dad is the one who pays for all things that I have
and in the islamic law - I'm muslim by the way - he have to do that , while the main mission of the woman in the family is to raise the kids - although my mother also work hard - so this didn't create a huge problems between them , because the society is going to blame him for not earning money for his kids .

also , I had money back when I was 14 ( from my uncles and my mom ) , my dad took that money and he bought a land with it ,after 4 years I planned to study to become a doctor and I scored 96% in the national exam which was not enough ( you have to score 97% or 96.5% to enter the university ) , so last week I asked my father to sell the land and use the money to help me entering the university , he refused at first and I didn't speak to him for five days , after that he was convinced and he agreed to sell the land .

might be a happy story , but what made me sad is that my father never asked me how much did I took from his wallet , he never asked me what i was doing with the money , he put his trust in me for a long time .
but now things changed , he might wanted to teach me about the importance of the money , and he might wanted to keep the money for himself .

I asked him why , he replied that he really want me to become a doctor , he really want me to become a better man than him , but he also said that he also have to think about the family and how he is going to sustain us , so he got mad at first but he understood my wish at the end .

like I said before your father could keep the money for himself , and your mother could get rid of you , but both of them chose to Sacrifice and your mother is the one , who made the first Sacrifices to you .

Well although I disagree with you on the points about STDs, it is possible to love more than one person romantically. Some people live happy lives in polygamous relationships. However, it is wrong to cheat when you know your partner trusts that you will stay faithful only to them. Maybe it is selfish, but I think some selfishness is justifiable depending on the situation. If you love someone, you don't want to share your affections for that person with someone else. You would also hope that the person you are in love with feels the same way. Even pigeons and penguins stick to one mate (among other animals). So its nothing that is uncommon in nature, in fact it is just as natural as having an attraction to more than one person.

If you're with someone and say "I will only have intimate relations with you for the length of our relationship, Chosen Person!", then cheat, you break a pretty huge promise and bond of trust.

If there is no such bond or promise made, there's no issue. People who choose to enter into (serial) monogamy should probably realize that mono=one.


If you aren't, then by all means, pursue multiple relations.

I find nothing wrong with having multiple partners although I'm fully against it for my own reasons. I like you have never been in love but the reason why cheating is bad is pretty much common sense . When you enter into a relationship lets say a boyfriend and girlfriend relationship. The partner trust you to only be devoted to him/her and when you break that trust it's only natural that they be upset. You broke their trust which is required if a relationship is gonna work. Now if during the beginning of this relationship you both agree to being able to see other people that trust is not broken. Which at that point it can't really be called cheating because the definition of cheating or atleast how I understand it is when you are seeing or having sexual relationship with a man or women without your partners consent or knowledge.

So it's less an issue of multiple partners as it is an issue of trust

Not that there's anything psychologically or biologically wrong with that, but I grew up with the idea in my head that I want to meet someone that I could spend the rest of my life with. I also came to firmly believe that there is definitely more than just one single person out there that I could do so with—the odds with a world population so large makes it hard to say that there is only one person out there that you can become romantically engaged in. But that doesn't mean I want to do it with every single one of those people. I want just one. If I can find just one of them, then that's more than enough for me.

If you're a romantically greedy guy and one isn't enough so you wanna go for two or more, then that's on you. I could care less about the whole STD/STI part of your post. Doesn't matter to me. But yea. If you wanna do it, knock yourself out. But that not everyone's cup of tea.

EDIT: About the cheating, if you're in a relationship and you didn't tell the other person that you're a free bird—or he/she doesn't consent to it—, then it doesn't matter what you think, it's still cheating. The reason it's bad isn't because of a "you can only be romantically established with one person at a time" rule, it's a matter of trust. Seeing other people while being in a relationship where doing so isn't implied creates a rift in the trust between the two parties and it makes the cheater look untrustworthy to anyone else. That's why it's frowned upon.
