Any image/video depicting a "Minor" Interacting in sexual intercourse is illegal and the person to possess such material is considered punished.
I guess it's the idea that most people find it disturbing and made it illegal or considered it a crime.
No you're missing the point a lot of people say Loli is illegal and some say it is legal. But what I don't understand is why was Dwight Whorley convicted under the protect act,if you were convicted under protect act the punishment is the same as if u have real CP. On the other hand Christoper Handley was convicted under the OBSCENITY LAW which the punishment isn't as harsh like Dwight's. So I'm still confused as to why Dwight Whorley was convicted under the protect act while christopher was not. Also I still need the link about the Supreme Court ruling on 2008 about protect act,

What about the miller test? If an image or video of lolicon fails the test it would be illegal. If so what would be the penalty for it, would it be the same as if you have real CP?
