They're not hard to find. They're everywhere, they just also happen to have aspects about them that we don't like too and it's human nature to focus more on the bad than the good. So we don't always see it in the end.

Personally a woman like Ryoko from the new show Ryoko's Case Files is more my cup of tea in terms of personality. Confident and intelligent, with a mischevious streak but a sense of grace and dignity, and also can turn on the sexyness as well.
