He killed not just Jews. He Condoned the killing of also, Muslims, Jehovah's Witnesses. Blacks, Mentally handicapped, anyone who THOUGHT he was wrong, his own generals, His wife and his own children, and children of any of the afore mentioned . So yes, I think he is evil. Hate to point this out but Hitler actually had fewer people killed overall than Joseph Stalin. Here's the kicker, Stalin killed more from just Russia, than Hitler did all totaled.

I'd like to point out that Israel wouldn't exist, if Hitler hadn't attempted to exterminate the Jews. On that note, your points don't make much sense, since there's no basis for them.
So what we're left with is: "Hitler knows the Jews are bad, so of course he'd want to kill them"

That said, I would also argue he's not the most evil because he didn't act alone.
I'm actually very curious about what actually went on in his mind, since as a kid, he seemed like a really nice guy. His art certainly shows his talent as well:
Something tells me his curiosity for the Ancient Astronaut theory is what drove him to joining the nazis.
I may be a Jew myself, but there's something about Hitler that actually makes me pity him.
That said, I would also argue he's not the most evil because he didn't act alone.

I believe Evil as a concept only applies to monsters and things of the night, and that it can never be truly applied to humans. Rare is the man who does evil simply for the sake of it; rather, most people do evil things because they feel justified in their doing it. Hitler didn't believe he was evil, and therefore wasn't. He did, however, do an evil thing, and deserves every bit of the hatred directed towards him. A man who's name I forgot once said that for each life taken by a soldier, a drop of blood falls on his commander's hands.

I personally do not think Hitler did very much aside from be loud and make obvious decisions as far as helping the German people. Did HE start roadwork and revitalize an economy? No. He made a decision a toddler would. Speaking of toddler intellects, let's talk bullies with a chip on their shoulders when they are given control of a playground... Hitler talked up a storm and through his arm at maps, history and various intelligent people did the rest.
Was he evil? Yes. He acted without any semblance of honor or even loyalty, frequently betraying those around him and those who followed him.
Did he command the German people's attention and worship? Hardly. As the jews were persecuted conflict arose inside germany as the Gestapo commanded fear and the hitler youth became the elite police of the nation. Speaking of youth, I saw a wonderful movie about swing dancers in germany during world war II. I would direct your attention to a letter of apology written by a german citizen if I knew where to find it, in which the german citizen apologized for signing the letter of promise forced upon all german citizens to condemn the jew. This german citizen claimed that if the whole had risen in that moment to refuse the letter perhaps the genocide would have been averted.
Someone mentioned what America would do if it were trodden into the ground, but let us talk instead of what it or any country would do RIGHT now. They would wave and cheer for their leaders as they built roads and sponsored research and built up their military even as those leaders committed atrocity after atrocity; I do not think anyone reading this can tell me otherwise given the evidence.
Thousands of people would pour out for the parades and ten years down the line what would we think of those documentaries? "I didn't know"? "I thought it was a rumor"? "I thought it was exaggerated"? "I thought there was nothing I could do but support the troops who had nothing to do with it?"
What would our kids think? "Oh that is terrible, I will fight who ever I have to avoid it happening again"?
Then, when the leaders hide their agenda from the people and the people do not rise up as a whole to say "No, I will not stand for this. You cannot excuse what you have done and you WILL step down". What then?

He did most of this for vengeance. Perhaps too much, however it is still vengeance. If vengeance was evil, then we would all be evil. However, we would have first been a prey to another's vengeance more or less.
I cannot say I hated him, because I was not there when it all happened. However, I do believe that killing others for the sake of one's enjoyment of pleasure and vengeance is morally wrong. He may be evil, however in his mind he may have thought he was doing this for something else. Something we may not understand, however most of us can only judge from what we have seen or heard about.
Evil or not, many lives were killed. Forgiveness is not an easy task.
