I suffer from pretty common phobias. I cannot stand spiders, i absolutly hate them. I don't know why either, its totally irrational. If i see one near me i'll flip my sh*t and either grab something big and heavy and try to wreck the spider, or i'll run away like a little girl. If i find one in my room and it gets away i'll go sleep on the sofa for the night and hunt it down in the morning, depending on the size of it. If its big then i'll get someone else to do it.
And then theres heights. I never used to have this problem as a kid, i'd climb really high trees and swing about in them like a little chimp, but as i got older and uglier i started to develop a really bad fear of heights. Not so much the falling aspect, but just being up high and off the ground.
Hahaha, absolutely the same with me. I hate sleeping on the sofa, but I am SO scared I just can't stand staying in my own room whenever there is a spider in there. The size doesn't matter.
What I don't get is why I don't fear anything comparable to spiders; even if they are three times bigger than your average spider, I just kill 'em and throw 'em out of the window.
I also started fearing heights at the age of about 10. But I only fear them when I have to hold on something in order to stay where I am. That means I don't fear planes at all.
Other than that, I'm really scared of anything that could make becoming a prosecutor impossible. That'd ruin my life.
