What If We Are Already Dead?

I been browsing facebook and i saw a meme/whatever it was.
And it said "What if we are already dead and we are just reliving our memories"
Or something like, fuck idk i could be wrong or just high.
ANYWAYS, what if thats true?
Like even tho we can still feel pain and still smell stuff and still see. that's just what we did when was was alive! That's why we have dajavu a lot! We have already done this in our lives and we are just living a memory now!
Its mind boggling to even think about it, on one hand i can see it being true nad on another i cant see it.
Could there be a way we could alter it?
But if we tried to then it would just be the same since we planned to do it even when we was alive?
Hmm what do you guys think?

The question is pointless, like "what if good were really evil?" or "what if circles were really squares?"

I mean, look at this statement:

We might never know unless we wake up and find ourselves somewhere other than Planet Earth. The concept of that would be truly scary, since we don't know if we are already dead or just sleeping inside our mothers womb dreaming about the world we will be born in.

I've thought about this quite a bit. Lets say we're already dead and somehow reliving our memories. Firstly, it would seem pointless going through decades of memories unless we were all looking for something at an unknown moment in time. I mean, why would people who haven't gotten past their first year -or some their first day- be looking at a seriously small amount of memories. Also, if we were looking at our memories, woulden't we be thinking "That an awesome day." Or "Oh... So that's what happened." Or maybe even "Shit, my standerds were low back then. Good thing I met ____". We also shouldn't get deja vu since it didn't happen in our memories. One of my friends gets massive and multiple deja vus and he tries to change what happens. Would deja vu be a method of ourselves telling ourselves something? It all doesen't make sence but I suppose it wouldn't.

Building on your premise, there could be a machine in our future that lets us look through our lives. We would be probably be doing the same thing as the idea above, or we could be very fond of our memories.

One more idea I had, what if we are reliving our lives over and over again. It would explain the deja vus and how we are able to change them. Example: I had this weird deja vu where I was in a group and this girl in front of me said something kind or nuetral about someone else. Deja vu hit me and I could actaully see what happened in it some how. It was the exact same moment and oddly she didn't say anything kind. Instead she was incredibly harsh. This would be my current theory on that matter.

You know ... you could be on to something ... I have been having these feelings too that this already happened and such. Deja Vu, yeah the possibility might be there that we are reliving our lives over and over again until we get it right and we are finally satisfied with it and move on.

Wait ... is this kinda like Nirvana ,, we are cursed to be reborn over and over again until we reach enlightenment and then move to the world we are all supposed to go to?

A question like this is irrelevant to me. Whether I am actually dead, dreaming, or in a reality virtual game I believe I exist here and now. Alive (and sick) and that I'm able to make my own free choices in this world.

If I could recall correctly, there was this book I heard off way back then about how we are currently in our final moments when as we are about to die. You know that expression "When you're about to die your whole life flashes before your eyes"? It's like that but we are experiencing it much slower that what is actually happening in that "current" state we are in. The dreams we have are actually "visions into the future on what's going to happen". But that doesn't mean you're going to have a threesome with Angelina Jolie and Emma Watson though (or maybe you are, who knows?). In short you experience De Ja Vu because you have dreamnt it before, it just that you dont remember dreaming it because, well we all know why that is, right?
I have to look for that book.
