... unfortunately, it's a troll patch made for /jp, by /jp. They translation team's website can be found here.
To sum it up, it seems that the patch is pretty much a machine translation of all the text. It's like playing Flyable Heart with ATLAS+AGTH, but slightly more manageable cause the text is already English in game, so you won't have a bunch of windows open beside the VN. The font is eye cancer... it is incredibly hard to read, and you really have to strain your vision.
