Nope, beat the game on hard. Clearing stars just lets you use more characters in chaos mode.

Secret Diary gives you 5000 BP after viewing all events I think.

which events have to be viewed? If you're talking about the five events for the secret diary, I don't recall getting that much BP... I think I would notice.

I got no clue, oh and this game is quite cruel to someone like me, I always try to get everyone but man, I'm forced to make brutal choices cuz its not possible XP

Put Ryo there of course. You'll always concede a round to Dark Ryo where he removes your troops, the next round put Ryo there and he'll confront Dark Ryo and proceed to beat the shit out of him.

Just follow the walkthrough to get the HCG you desire. Marishia, don't save her on Kunagi's route and wait until you get HCG before defeating that faction. For the Broadcast girl, wait til the last 5 or so turns before beating the game. There should be a scene on the area with the hot springs.
