It looks good, Nintendo finally has games and people complain.

Blame Sony & Microsoft. They didn't think it was good enough to have funds for a sequel. However, Nintendo saw the potential in it and thought it deserved the rights for a sequel.

If Nintendo is making it exclusive, because other companies didn't care about it, I say, "Go right ahead" cause we all know whose fault it is for passing up on an opportunity at something great.

Honestly I find this a bit hard to believe, no offense intended. The first Bayonetta was a success as far as I know (heck, a 40/40 on Famitsu and almost unanimous acclaim from critics and gamers should account for something).

But as I said before, what happens happens. They made exclusives like AC6 for Xbox only and the Uncharted trilogy for PS3 only, though I would've never expected a sequel to Bayonetta to be an exclusive. =\

It would be awesome if we could get new sequels altogether. Okami 2 and Onimusha 5 is what I want... For now I'm happy we're getting Bayonetta 2 though.

Gives me a reason to buy a WiiU at launch. All I saw was ports.

Yes I'm excited. Maybe we'll get a sequel to Madworld on the WiiU(Other than Anarchy Reigns)

It's nice that Nintendo revived the game. But it sucks for everyone who doesn't want a WiiU. The chances of it getting ported to ps3 and 360 imo are slim to none for the fact that Nintendo is publishing it. And of course people are frustrated,(though some are over dramatic)no one wants to shell out $299-349 for 1 game. Now if the WiiU ends up being the same as the wii was for me, I probably won't buy it since out of the entire Wii library that I have seen, only Zelda games have my interest.

I hope so as well. I loved the first one.

Also, I'll wait til the Wii-U drops in price cause $300 is a little to much for me right now.

Okay okay, I got the message. What can I say aside from "apologies"? I already said in the previous posts that my quoted one was over the top and unnecessary, and I say it again, didn't know I would get bashed so much lol. :P

Well, I'm still sad that I won't be able to play the game, so good luck to those who will buy the Wii U.

I don't think I'll be getting the Wii U just for 1 game.. although I've been hoping for a sequel all the time T-T

Im kind of disappointed that its a Wii U exclusive because I dont intend on buying one, but at the same time im happy to see a sequel to a great game.

I really liked Bayonetta. It is a sad day hearing that this will be on the Wii U.

This is a bit disappointing, but I also think it's a good thing. Nintendo has been saying they want to get back to the core audience with the Wii U, and this is a pretty decent way to start that, I'm hoping it becomes a trend. I do agree though, it sucks a bit that it's exclusive, and like someone else said, since Nintendo is publishing it, it likely won't be ported. That's further supported by the fact that a sequel wasn't even supposed to be made, and was mostly brought back because of them, so I doubt they'll like Sony or MS pick it up.

Wow guys, so much hate for Nintendo. You know they saved the series right? Sega didn't want to fund Bayonetta 2 because it didn't sell to their standards.

If you want to play it, get the dang Wii U. I don't get what is the problem. If people can afford to pay 400$ or 500$ for a PS4 or Xbox one with Killzone and Dead Rising 3 I'm sure you can afford 300 for a Wii U and then get Bayonetta 2. Besides, Smash Bros and Mario Kart are very very good games.

Those posts are over a year old. I'm pretty sure everyone understands by now and has moved on.

You would be surprised about how many people haven't. I see them all the time on gaming sites =/. That said, this game is one of several I will be picking up when it is released. I need a good replacement to Devil May Cry ever since Ninja Theory butchered it. Plus, guns on shoes. What isn't to like?

Looking good. I'll be getting a Wii U at one point for sure for this, Smash Bros., Wonderful 101, and the Shantae game.

So that one kid has a Millennium puzzle.
