Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

I finally got the new maps.

I still haven't played them yet, only overgrown and some map with a bunch of houses around the map and and open parking lot in the middle.

I recently got back into it, Ive discovered the wonders of Quick Scoping

Lol, I stopped playing this since I got Bioshock and Bioshock 2. I don't think I'm gonna touch this game until I finish Baldur's Gate 2 and Throne of Bhaal.

Haha, lately I've stopped trying to quick-scope for the most part. Now I mostly only try it as a desperation when an enemy closes in on me and I don't have the option of switching to my secondary, to which it works sometimes and sometimes not. Oh, I'll try making sure the scope is on the enemy before I even scope in, but I'm not very good at it over long distances where I have to make adjustments before I fire.

Got the new maps but ive been playing Battlefield: Bad Company 2 instead!

I must admit when I started playing MW2 after the "update" I was a but freaked out cause I joined a game and The graphics were smoother, The sound was crisper, The general speed of the game seemed a notch slower and the shot detection seemed slightly better.

Cant say I love the new maps but its better than nothing. (That one in the council estate I.E ghetto is pretty fun though)

I'm not overly fond of the new maps. Bailout is probably my favorite of them, Salvage is LAWLs when my buddy and I camp the house and have a contest to see how long we can hold it and Storm is just "eh." Crash is good as per usual, but Overgrown sucks so hard in MW2. Too much camping. I expect it from snipers, but everyone just hides in buildings and you are just waiting for someone to get bored, make a move, and get 2,000 Claymores shoved up their ass. It's pathetic.

Crash is the easiest map for me, I just sneak over to A if I dont spawn there and snipe people across the map, I always get an AC130 on that map

Sniping looking at A is a lot easier and efficient on crash for me.

People are dumb enough to keep going down the same alley they keep getting sniped at.

You think people would learn after getting sniped 3 times in a row down the same place they died at, tsk tsk.

Exactly, and when I spawn on the opposite side, its not that hard to kill someone camping A, so I guess people are just stupid

I never do that well sniping on Crash for some reason. There is only one building that I really do well sniping from (I can't remember where it is in reference to one of the Domination points,) but other than that pretty lack luster.

I usually have more luck trading sniper positions with my friend on Salvage inside that deathtrap of a house. One of takes window and the other one watches the stairwell, and the opposite window for grenades being tossed.

Two sniper friends on Salvage + Deathtrap house + Blast Shield = LAWLS.

Been playing Hardcore Search And Destroy lately. Everyone seems to heavily lag at the beginning. The ricochet killed me when I accidentally tapped the trigger and it lagged me behind one of my allies and I was using an M16A1...
