Ah, it is fun to step back and fuck about. ZKnoves and I were playing a few matches and he kept walking down my line of fire while sniping or shooting at me to give me away. Good times.

Or nothing quite as entertaining as going prone in weird places and seeing how many kills I could get before someone was like "WTF?" and shoot me. XD

Particularly funny one was playing on Invasion. I was just lying prone in the middle of the bookstore. The enemy team must have thought I was dead because I managed to knife two guys as they went right by me.

Gotta love how a knife in the toe is an instant kill, but shotgunning someone in the chest doesn't guarantee a kill. Hehehe...

Actually, when you knife while prone, your character model uses the butt of his weapon to hit.

So really it's rifle butt to the toe: instant kill. LOL WUT

Okay, so I just noticed how different the Intervention and the Barrett really are. I just prestiged again this afternoon and I thought I would snipe/quick-scope with the Barrett this time, and I'm having a hell of a time with it.

Shots that I would have made with the Intervention are missing, and shots that quite frankly should have missed by a mile, end up OHK the target.

I know the general differences. The Barrett is often preferred because you have less idle-sway, and as a result can snap to your target faster while holding your breath. However, you momentarily lose sight of your target while firing, which a lot of Intervention users say negates the fact that it has less sway and snaps quicker.

That said, I'm still overcompensating for the lack of sway, and I swear the hit detection on the Barrett is much different than the Intervention. I've hit some targets that look dead on and not even get a hit indicator, and other clear misses register.

A perfect example was on Favela today. There were a couple of guys camping in one of the buildings. I was on the roof across from them and shot at them and missed both only for them to retaliate quick enough to him me. Okay, I'm not the greatest shot and there might have been lag. But later on in that match there was a guy I just spotted at the last second jumping from one roof to the next. I just scoped and fired randomly and somehow hit him. I was shocked. I would have loved to seen his Kill Cam because there was just no way I came in contact with him. I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth when it comes to lucky shots, but that was just a bullshit shot. o.O

I should get another one by Thursday, let me know if you want to hear more commentaries with him and me, only me or only him(although I don't think that he'd like this very much).
