FINDING A GOOD SERVER IS NOT A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. ONE OF MY TOP PRIORITIES WHEN PLAYING ONLINE VIDEO GAMES IS TO CAUSE GRIEF TO OTHERS. IF I FOUND SOMETHING LIKE A NO-RULES SERVER, NO ONE IS GOING TO GET RAGED AT MY NOOBTUBING BECAUSE THEY VOLUNTARILY ENTERED THIS GAME AND CAN LEAVE AT ANY TIME TO FIND A NEW SERVER WHERE AN ADMIN CAN HOLD THEIR HAND.

THIS IS WHY I LOVE P2P HOSTING, YOU DONT HAVE MUCH CHOICE WHERE YOU END UP. YOU CANT AVOID CERTAIN PLAYERS BY ALWAYS GOING TO THE SAME SERVER AND HANGING OUT WITH THE SAME FRIENDLY COMMUNITY WITH THEIR OWN SERVER SPECIFIC RULES. PLAYERS ARE FORCED TO PLAY BY IW'S RULES AND SETTING WHICH INCLUDE NOOBTUBES, THEY THEN GET RAPED BY ME BECAUSE IM A FUCKIN VIP

Dude..I'll admit to freaking out when shit goes really sour for a while. But this guy is on a whole new level. If it stops being fun stop playing it, get some booze, or find a way to make losing fun at least. I mean I haven;t played MW2 for awhile now, cause I've been sucked into MGO. But this has made me reevaluate so quickly muting people when I enter a room. I mean my god. I even play with people online and will admit "Hey I'm drunk if I shoot you blame it on the Jack" And they just laugh it up when I do, or they'll calmly say "dude stop shooting." No one has ever threatened to try and track me down through the CoD servers. Life is too short to be filled with so much rage man. Occasional outbursts are one thing but...Damn man...I'm worried about these kid's blood pressure.

You sir, are on crack. Most every review found MW2 to be a great game and the majority of fans of the FPS genre would agree.

Agreed. I can get pretty pissy too, but I leave before I ever get to that level of annoyance and anger. There is just no excuse for acting like that. I bet he goes through a lot of headsets too.



I think the major problem is a combination between Infinity Ward's stupidity in having so many, powerful killstreaks; and asshole players that will hide in corners in order to secure their nuke attempt. Camping is one thing, and can be strategic; but when you have people hiding in corners for Killstreaks then it loses all of its fun. It is terribly annoying being killed by someone who just hides in random corners with a shotgun all match long.

Nuke=camp or cheat no other explanation.

You misunderstood my post. I wasn't defending the game. I was defending its popularity. To claim that a majority didn't find MW2 enjoyable means you are completely blind to recent trends.

Play smart and you can get them campers.

Just because it is great for casual gamers doesn~t mean it good for hardcore gamers. Would you agree that Halo then is the best game ever if you~re going by this concept then: I mean you sound like you would totally agree with that top 50~s games list for the Guiness book of world records post.

Also professional gamers won~t stray away from a game if it~s actually good since they~ll still compete, but if the game is bad then why bother: They are leaving MW2 because it is a bad game and no point in doing competitions with it.

Also popularity doesn~t mean quality.

I have never played with so much noobs than the day I started playing alteriwnet server of MW2. Host always kick me whenever I pwn them with m4a1 and nuking them afterwards. They even accuse me of being a wallhacker and an aimbot. No wonder pirate owners of MW2 can never compete with the legits... like me and anyone who owns it.

Well, that was the same complaints I'd usually get when I used to play it (yeah, and that was like, 6 months ago). Walked around with the AUG and get myself 100 plus kills with only 4-6 deaths and they all go like "AIMBOT!" or "HAXOR!".

That is the first reason why I left MW2, people (specifically 12 year olds) can't tell shit from pure skills (my reaction times are damn fast and my eyes have this sensitivity to movement [which actually also works IRL]) and hackers.
