Whats with all these people receiving double copies? anyone hear of this? are they gonna be responsible for paying for a game they didnt order if by chance they cant send it back (I.E sold it traded it in opened it ect) Note: i have also received a double copy but am not touching it until i get more info.
I've had that happen with amazon before. It usually happens when they miss read how much they have in stock. I wasn't charged for the second copy.
Lol. Gamestop apparently threatened to sue if people didn't return their second copies that they sent out.
their fault they send otu second copies. They're the one to blame
I got a E-mail basically asking to please return it, but nothing threatning a lawsuit. I know they cant charge me for something i didnt order that would be illegal, but i wanna know how they can hold consumers responsible for their (gamestops) mistake? if anything the whoever is running the ordering dept should have lost a job, any lawyers or anyone studying law wanna chime in on this?
Edit: gamestop sueing over this would be like-You going to Walmart, buying a game and the cashier bagging you a extra game (at no request of you), then walmart later on sueing you for the return of said game....the right thing to do would be to return it but i dont think its legal to demand a return.
