weird that so many vista users are having problems running the game and i am using vista 64bit (runs flawlessly)

not sure this is the correct way but here is what i did

0. rename chaos to *.rar.part1 ..part2 part3 and unrar it
1. mount iso with daemon tool, run chsetup.exe with applocale (i hate gibberish fonts)
2. copy paste nodvd crack to game dir
3. extract jp_1-10_beta.rar, copy installation.bat and nss.rar to game dir (ran it there but not sure why there is no nss folder created)
4. so i click installation.bat again(inside jp_1-10_beta folder)
5. copy paste nss folder to game dir
6. run chaoshead.exe with applocale set to '日本语'

here is what it looks like after patching (ignore the backup file)

YEah i saw that before, im'a watch it after i've played the VN though, only bad thing about that is that im gonna be annoyed on how much they've cut out of the story :?

Still the same thing. it still hang at chapter 2 during the doctor. shall we wait for better patch since it was still the beta

Heads up, you cannot complete the game now, even with the extra patches. Game is currently playable up to chapter 4 and they are fixing it bit by bit.

Does anyone have difficulty downloading the MU link for part 2? I don't know why but my download for it was very slow (about 12-17 kbps) compared to 120-130 kbps I got for part 1 and 3. I thought maybe the server is quite busy but I've been trying for a few day and the speed remains slow.

Whatever the reason is it's the MU server, but i doubt they'd single out sum file to download slower that the others.

Oh, the game is completed. Every chapter is fully translated. The problem is the guy rushed through it so he never bug tested the patches, hence why its still in beta, so about every chapter had a crashing bug that you can't avoid. Chapter 1-3 are now bug free (or at least crash free), but 4 and onwards are still not safe =(

i seem to have a odd error every thing load up just find at start menu i hit start dos that odd effect go to black then load up start menu again i cant play the game at all. load works config works as well

i done every thing thats been said to do i even mounted im now playing the never ending start menu game lol

Regional settings set to japanese, i assume you ain't have it.

Did you set your regional language to japanese? Had the same problem like you.

fix it forgot to set non-unicode to japanese

I notice that right clicking brings up a menu, but it's in Japanese.

Crashed on me once, but found the patch that fixes it. Now I can't load my game...Guess I'll wait for a fix as it seems I'm not the only one with the problem.
