I won't lie, I'm stoked. I just recently got the platinum trophy (last week i believe) in Dark Souls so i may just make a new character and invade random people. or just pvp in the forest.
However something in the interview irked me, that they were trying to make the game more accessible. I hope that means they won't be toning down the difficulty. Hopefully it just means better tutorials or making it easier to get summons as well as making PVP more accessible (rather than most of it being invasions against people who don't want to fight). i know that there is the arena but it takes a fair amount of time to get anyone to fight because people are spread all over the world as well as the fact that the arena is DLC-only.
The only thing I want to see changed is the PvP system the co-op system and a lot of people are going to give me crap about this but put a difficulty system. I dont know if anyone has played the game lately but these last patches nerfed the hell out of the enemys. It would also be nice if you had the ability to plot a map.
It has more of a fantasy vibe than a medieval vibe this time around, but, it still seems to hold true to the souls aesthetic. I didn't think it looked much better until they showed off the bridge. The torches seem fine as long as I don't have to use them too often.
