I really hope they do, I thought Rin was adorable, and I wanted a route with her more than any other girl in the original game.

Yes, Mangagamer has said they're gonna translate Eiden Fantasia, i have no idea when it's gonna be released though.

Fuck yeah, hopefully it isn't a crap translation.. although it was good practice to figure out what the were saying without using the text.

EDIT* On another note, I'm willing to go and proofread and spellcheck (no, not using word) the entire game. The only problem is, I don't know how. If someone could tell me if it is possible, and if possible, show me the way I would be glad to provide a higher quality release.

I can't download part2 from MegaUpload. It always says that it can't read the source file or it will be at status "starting" for forever.

Thats awsome I found myself at work the other day while I was watching the sandblaster run, it runs automatically you just need to watch to make sure nothing that isn't suposed to be blasted get hit so gives your mind time to wander, I was making up my own little Rin route for the game.

Im glad to hear that cause i got the same thing and deleted it. Im glad to know i dont need it.

Good game so far, though the translation errors are a little distracting. Still on my first play through, as I didn't expect each scenario to be so long. The main character's friends are a bit annoying during the first part of the game, but ease up as the plot moves on.

I do wish that there was a Sakura and Rin route as well...especially Rin. :)

EDIT: I do see that the latest version of Edelweiss, called Edelweiss Eiden Fantasia, has them as selectable options. Going to have to put my japanese skills to the test if I want to play it, it seems.

EDIT: I just read that Mangahelpers is suppose to be localizing Edelweiss Eiden Fantasia in the near future, can anyone verify?

I agree. I wonder what the scenarios are for Rin and Sakura. They seem so happy-go-lucky, that I can only wonder if their paths will involve any sort of drama. Either way, I'm playing Rin's scenario first, as a girl who projects an aura of "moe", has big breasts, and wears luxury lingerie on a regular basis peaks my interest greatly.

BTW, does anyone know where I can download the japanese version of Edelweiss Eiden Fantasia? Been googling and can't find a reliable source. I need my Rin. :)

I managed to find and download the japanese trial version of Edelweiss Eiden Fantasia, but lost the link to the site I got it from. Does anyone know a good service to upload the file for free? I tried mediafire, but it didn't take the zipped file completely. I guess it was too big at 272 MBs. I'll upload it here if anyone can provide some assistance.

Another interesting additional to the game seems to be that the characters have lip flaps when they talk now. Makes it a little more interactive.
