The main character seemed to be some what normal, it was more his friends that were a bit over the top. However, once you get past the opening sequence and start to get to know the group, they really aren't that bad. They calm down quite a bit as the story goes on.

Personally, I like how nutty some of the characters are in Edelweiss, and I enjoy the interaction more than the actual H-scenes. However, in Eiden Fantasia, there is a threesome H-scene between the main character, Rin, and Sakura that looks to be epic.
Check the upper right hand corner of the package for confirmation of the epic threesome. :)

How unique are the routes? I just finished Mizuki's route, so I'm wondering how many repeated scenes I will be subjected to on the other routes.
Edit: While I'm at it, do at least some of the others have happy endings? I found Mizuki's to be rather depressing.

I just finished the mizuki route on this.....OH LORD!!! I hope that every route is less depressing as this one cause i ended up emo for 5 days XDD

I'll spoiler-tag this, since if people get a sad ending X times they know the rest is gonna be happy and that'll ruin the tension of those routes (imo anyway).
That said, just because a route ends happily it doesn't mean everything is gonna be all happy & peachy through the entire route, luckily.

First time i tryed i went for Haruka's ending.
Somewhat of a spoiler on her ending so i will spoiler it.
This is so far the best story from a VN i have ever done, mayby only Katawa shoujo has a chance of beating it if it goes kamikaze on quality

Oh come on!!!! do i really have to complete all the routes to unlock all the CG gallery for the characters??? Because I noticed that i just played the Natsume route but theres 7 scenes missing and the last from mizuki.

For all those thinking they are missing CGs, you're not. The CG gallery shows 8 CGs per page, so when the last page doesn't have enough to fill up all 8, it looks like you're missing a few. Instead look at the top of the screen where it says 'CG ##/##' this tells you how many you have unlocked.
Example: Haruka has 17 CGs, filling 2 pages and leaving only 1 for the third page. The result is 7 blanks that look like missing CGs, but they aren't! When you have all of them, the top reads 'CG 17/17' and there's only 1 CG on the last page.
So don't worry about missing any. If you finish a route you will have all CGs for that character.
EDIT: Sorry, looks like I messed up a bit. Except for Ran, all of the girls have at least one CG that can be missed if you don't make a certain choice. Also, a few routes have an after-the-credits scene that you may not get if you close the game before the credits end. If you're missing one of these, I can help you out a bit (spoiler marked just to be safe)
