[English game][MU][RS] Fate/Stay Night Fully Translated with

I downloaded the game with MU, extracted it, and all I got was an exe. named Fate. No iso, or anything else. It didn't even say the file was corrupted. When I try to run it, some error message with random characters comes up. halp?
EDIT: Nevermind, the first program I used to extract was another program called alzip. I tried winRAR and got somewhat different results. It said
"You need to have the following volume to continue extraction"

Insert a disk with this volume and press "OK" to try again or press "Cancel" to break extraction.
It's saying I don't have part03..but I do have it. So why is it not working?

I always thought there was actually 3 different visual novels, but now that I'm playing it I discovered that Unlimited Blade Works and Heaven's Feel are part of the game deciding which route you take, interesting, so there is a total of 7 different endings, right?

Does it have alot of sex scenes? I'm at the part where Shiro introduces Saber to everyone while they are eating and still no sex scenes xD

@zwei: the game got 7 sex scenes in all. 2 in fate, 1 in the epic unlimited blade works, and 4 in heavens feel.

It says that I don't have Game Disk 3, I downloaded every file.

i downloaded the 1st 15 files from megaupload that were on the top of the page...now what?depends. if you want the game to have voices...then download the files for ps2 game f/sn realta nua. if no just proceed....download the english patch by mirror moon. put all the files you downloaded in the same folder, and extract the part1 of the files using winrar or 7zip. then execute the patch...and it'll install you the game. mount the image files using daemon tools or alcohol 120 when you're asked to.

ok i installed the game with the voices using the latest mirror-moon patch and this is what appears when i click the icon to start the game, any help plz?

ok i got it working now i thin the problem was when i tried installing it 1st a virus warning poped up and i removed the threat lol, prolly something important with the game. anyways ty
