Out of the entire list you've put into your OP, all I've played is Catherine...So I guess that
Also, before any Skyrim defenders get on my case: I am a 19-year old college student who gets his source of income from digging through the couches in my house for loose change and putting it in the coin counter at the bank. I do not have the money for a 60-something dollar game, nor do I have a credit card to make an account for Gamefly.
I do not understand why Skyrim is more popular than God, and until the job market decides to stop being a lazy son of a bitch, I won't understand ever.
Portal 2 gets my vote. The physics engine was astounding, the dialogue and banter were good (albeit not as good as the original), the plot was meh to be honest, but the game practically exists in it's own genre. It's something you'll never see in any other franchise (outside of Nebracular Drop, the game the original design team made before being recruited by ValVe. That being said, the cooperative play was insanely fun (assuming you were with someone certainly capable of actually solving the puzzles). It stood out against every other game this year and every previous year (not counting the aforementioned Portal and Nebracular Drop)
